Pux Cider Taphouse: Reviews & Ratings

This place had it going on when it first opened. It has a very nice outside patio for warm spring through fall. Inside is decorated nice and simple. The ciders are good, dry style to semisweet. Not flavored with juice like some other cider makers. If you're there for private drinks with your friends, it's good. But want interactive with the server, not so good. You'll get your drinks, and off they go to play on their devices. In general, it's worth trying and making your own decisions.

Didn't order any food. My husband and I each got a flight of ciders. Outdoor seating was perfect. Our bartender, Chamomile, I think was her name, was beyond great. Very knowledgeable of the different ciders. Her recommendations were spot on! Love it so much we bought some glasses and a growler to take home to enjoy more cider.

Very cool place tucked away by the Cheese Lady shop. The cider is delicious and made from local apples. The owners of the cidery own the orchards too, so they see the process end to end. They have a cider for everyone from fruity to dry to hopped! I highly recommend checking them out and getting a flight so you can try more than 1! The vibe is relaxed and retro. They play old records (yes physical records) and display local artist work to support them. We sat at the bar and one of the owners, Chris, served us and indulged all of our questions about apples and cider. They truly have a passion for their family business and sharing quality local product with the community. We will be back! Thanks Chris!

I cannot say enough good things about Pux Cider Taphouse! I’ve been waiting for them to open on a day that I pass by and today was the day! Of course, I got a flight! Took home a bottle of the English Whiskey cider for the ole ball and chain AKA the love of my life! The Whippersnapper and the BlueBarb were my favorites! I decided to have their amazing grilled cheese and was not disappointed in the slightest-it’s made from The Cheese Lady’s cheeses!! The owner, Chris plays records! Such a variety, and he has amazing and diverse taste! He has upcoming events and nights with comedy or a DJ and I cannot wait to come back! I think this will be my Wednesday night ‼

Independent Cider tap house. All of their Ciders are good. Very knowledgeable and will work to pair you with a Cider to meet your wants. Have different themed local nights from trivia to local live music. An added bonus is they offer different apps and plates from the "Cheese Last" located next door. If you enjoy Ciders check this place out.

Stopped by for a taste. Great selection, had a non-alcoholic brew as I was walking and didn’t want to get run over. It was very tasty, I’ll be stopping again for sure. Stopped by again for a brew, still walking so can’t try the hard stuff…sure want too! Have some cool tee shirts and shirts. Nice place to stop, good service and friendly.

Wow, Pux is a hidden gem if you like cider! Every cider we tried was very good. Chris took the time to explain each cider and it's flavors which was much appreciated. Very nice indoor seating area and some outdoor seating also when it's nice out. Definitely give this place a try if you're thirsty!
